KNI Technical Consulting Ltd. about Telecommunication and Service supervision department

Generally:

This department primarily specialize to build system to solve unsolvable tasks as general or subcontractor. This activity include system analysis typically when a project stopped with reason unsolvable task. With historical (sentimental) reason we do operate and support.
The theorethic core of the staff are work together over more than 20 years for several development project. The design works are started at departed dBm Híradástechnikai és Mérnökiroda Kft and continued trough more company until the KNI Műszaki Tanácsadó Kft.
We study from and work together with today legendary peoples like Henrik Frőlich, Ferenc Heller, László Hunya, Márton Bérci, Fellegi brothers, development team of MTA SZTAKI, László Rózshegyi, Tíbor Gyúrós, Ferenc Czakó, Géza Szathmári. We do not afraid to study how to do and ho not to do things.

We indite:

• the first Hungarian computer-based telex machine,
• the first Hungarian customer registry system for customers,
• the first Hungarian alert management system handling more network simultaneously (XRNOD),
• the first Hungarian portable measuring equipment for digital stream (BERTA),
• the word's only pertec pheripherial controller for personal computer (PCP-21),
• accounting and accounting control system (HFT),
• own operating system,
• own router (KNI-L),
• the first European 1st generation dynamic service event management system for more network (CNMS),
• the world first 2nd generation dynamic service event management system for more network (SFUMS).

The company have more capital reserve because work many times in project exceed their initial capital. This take chance financing project without any kind of loan in any economical situation.
The company use irregular method for human resources. Instead of old employee method search for the matching specialist with professional skill for specific subproject. Do it because have less number of project require professional skill. Therefore using employee is not profitable.

Way of working:

Main feature of our company is to paid special attention to quality control at production. Own developed processes, test programs and test equipments help to make accurate quality control. Our philosophy is spend more time and money to ensure high-quality of end products.
Our main philosophy is not enough to known the product need to know all of its classic element which these systems are built. This of course require lot of knowledge. But this strategy makes it possible to rapidly connect to projects witch abstract-looking for others. Requirements for our colleagues to tech oneself the documented system within two weeks up to level to know its failures.
Using knowledge of energetics department we build environment friendly and efficient systems. This internal link help to analyze and discover undiscovered fault of systems.
